A distinctive Italian lounge chair that captures the experimental spirit of 1970s design. The Londra 840 was designed by Brian Kane for Studio Silvio Coppola and produced by Mobil Italia, combining a functional folding structure with a minimalist, industrial aesthetic.

The chair features a chrome-plated tubular steel frame, a canvas seat, and wooden connecting elements. Its lightweight construction and folding design reflect the period’s interest in practical, innovative furniture without compromising on visual character.

With its sculptural metal lines and understated materials, the Londra 840 makes a striking addition to a mid-century interior, reading corner, or curated design collection.
