RETURN & REFUND

Online Purchases - Online purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, original condition. All return shipping, postal, and courier costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A transaction fee of 5% will be deducted from the refunded amount.
 

In-Store Purchases - All purchases made in the shop are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted. The store specializes in rare, high-value vintage furniture, lighting, and decorative objects. Each piece is unique and one of a kind. Please review condition, measurements, and details carefully before purchase. Completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of this policy.
 

Pre-Orders / Incoming Container - Items listed in the “Upcoming Container” collection are offered as pre-orders and are not currently in stock. By placing an order, the customer reserves a unique vintage item from an incoming shipment. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces and the costs associated with securing, importing, and shipping them, all pre-order sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Estimated arrival dates are provided for guidance only and may be subject to delays caused by shipping schedules, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

CONDITION INFO
All items we offer are vintage, As a result, there will always be some signs of wear or imperfections. Our descriptions are as accurate as possible, but be aware that you are purchasing a vintage item.
 

SHIPPING INFO
Prices for items do not include delivery, however we will be more then happy to arange Door to Door delivery. Please advise us if you would like a shipping quote. Alternatively we are happy for you to Pick up in person or arrange your own courier

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Full payment is required before items are shipped or picked up.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in their country.

ITEM RESERVATION
We offer the option to reserve items with a 25% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid within an agreed timeframe. Please contact us to arrange a reservation.
